3 New Partners Receive Ownership
Licenses |
|
The
date was September 28th, 2012.
Three partners who have managed
their territories for a little
over a year, were all granted
official franchise licenses for
their territories. Neil King
representing the Albuquerque,
New Mexico market. Fidel Cruz
representing both the San
Antonio, Texas market and the
Austin, Texas market. And Philip
Malveaux representing the
Houston, Texas market.
The National Headquarters held
an all day ceremony to recognize
these three for their tremendous
efforts and the excellence they
have demonstrated.
Unfortunately, Fidel Cruz missed
his a.m flight and had to arrive
towards the latter part of the
day. (He is not featured in the
pictures) We regret that we
didn't get to spend more time
with you Fidel. You are truly
one of the best in the nation!
Congratulations to these three
for achieving this milestone.
All three now have full
ownership of their markets. And
will now join the other three
franchised partners in building
equity and defining the
guidelines for our growth. |

Important Announcement |
The National
Headquarters and the 3 Licensed
Partners who sit on the board that helps
determine operating guidelines , have
voted on an operational change to our
cleaning system. As of July 1st it
will be mandatory procedure that on
every carpet cleaning, upholstery
cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile
cleaning service, one "blower" or
air mover will be used during the
service to speed up dry time for the
client and more importantly to create
another element of "NEW BETTER
DIFFERENT" for our service. This
element will have a visible effect on
our sales and marketing effort because
it will create another distinction as to
why the public should pic us. To date,
several of are National Partners have
already been using this procedure in
their services with great success. And
most of our National Partners who were
polled said they already had a blower as
part of their equipment accessories. We
will now once again, raise the bar and
continue to standout by making this a
mandatory step nationwide. We are
very excited to implement this guideline
and measure the effect it has on sales
and marketing.
An air mover (pictured below) can cost
anywhere from $150 to $250 depending on
the manufacturer. If a blower is
purchased we are requesting that it be
blue to accommodate the new decal
package we will be issuing in a few
months.
Because we realize this will involve
some cost to some of are National
Partners, National Headquarters is
offering special 0% interest financing
to assist. The following terms are
offered for the purchase of one (new)
blower only per partner. Here are the
details...
1.) |
Headquarters will offer to
advance you and pay 50% of
the cost of your blower at the
time of purchase. (Up to $100)
Simply call us when you are at
the supplier and Cathy will use
a company card to pay 50% for
you.
A receipt will have to be issued
to headquarters at the time of
purchase. |

The $100 advance will be
paid back to headquarters in 5
$20 payments on your next 5
pay periods. Interest free. |

Franchised Partners only:
Franchised Partners will also be
bonused a $30 equipment credit

Again, please realize that on Monday July 2nd the Sales team will start
promoting this as a standard feature for
all carpet cleaning, upholstery
cleaning,tile cleaning and mattress
cleaning services. Again, only one air
mover is required per service. We will
post a procedure to use the air mover
here in the national close out bay soon.

Most of you
are familiar with Cleanfax magazine.
This publication is well known for a
being a great trade magazine with a lot
of great training information and
industry knowledge. I highly recommend
it as required reading for all of our
partners.
Recently our Seattle Partner Teddy Moon
was acknowledged by cleanfax for winning
a monthly contest they had for dramatic
cleaning results. Teddy submitted
some chairs he cleaned for a customer
and was chosen as the winner of the
contest. He will receive a $500 chemical
prize package from Cleanfax....
