A new national guideline has
been proposed by the National
Headquarters.
Here is the situation:
Mike Ochoa had a
conversation with
the vice president of
Prochem recently.
Prochem is very
dissatisfied with the
level of product being
ordered. They have
invested thousands of
dollars in creating our
product line and the
small orders that have
been placed, do not
justify their cost.
At this point what
prochem is saying is
that they need to
produce 4 thousand
dollars worth of product
upfront for us (that
would be pre-paid)
to continue our
partnership.
Then they can have that
4 thousand dollars of
product sitting in the
warehouse ready for our
orders.
(They need to
manufacture the product
in large batches that
they get paid on fairly
quickly once its
produced...Our orders
have been coming to slow
for them..This is why
their asking for
pre-payment)
What the national
headquarters is
proposing is that each 1
van partner contribute
$400 from their first
check each month
(starting in January)
And the 2 van partners
(Arizona, Philly,
Seattle would contribute
$533)
(This will equal $4000).
Then the partner will
be able
to order product equal
to exactly the amount
they contributed....
Example....The
Philadelphia partner
would then order exactly
$533 worth of product
which is now completly
prepaid. By doing this
we are basically
mandating orders each
month and preserving our
relationship with
Prochem.

Ochoa.....
National Partners we
worked on getting this
partnership for over a
year. This partnership
was created for your
benefit mostly... Of
course we want the
prestige of our own
brand and the ability to
have prochem "create new
product" for us, (Just
like coit and stanly
steamer) ... But the
cost savings to you was
the major objective. We
are a national
organization...TOGETHER
WE HAVE BUYING
POWER...WE SHOULD TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF
THIS..
Prochem is a world class
leader in products for
our industry. This
partnership is gold to
our future. We have
prochem willing to make
our products and sell
them to us directly,
without the middleman
supply houses. But there
has to be something in
it for them... I
implore you to please
vote yes on the
following proposal. I
fear that we will lose
our partnership with
Prochem otherwise.
Remember, whatever
"Boss product" you
order from them,
is 25% less then what
you can buy it locally.
Every year we will
continue to grow, take
what you are currently
doing ...and it will at
least double in the next
2 years with us... The
chemical cost savings
will be substantial in
the near future..
What this policy does is
simply create a "group
order" upfront each
month....
There are 6 Licensed
partners A cast of 4 yes
votes will initiate this
policy. Thank you for
