Boss Optima is a national carpet cleaning that operates in over 12 national markets in the United States. Our national headquarters here in Mesa Arizona is currently hiring for new positions on our inside sales team. We are looking for energetic, self motivated people to join our team.

Our inside sales team uses advanced technology that has helped us grow significantly in the last three years. Our advanced marketing strategies create a large surplus of 'warm lead" customers, who are seeking our superior service. Our Inside sales reps are given an abundance of these leads on a daily basis to ensure their success.

    Our Inside Sales Rep positions have a starting salary of $2 per hour as a starting wage.
    Our home based program team members are allowed to work completely from home.
    Our primary shift is from 11pm to 7 am.

Our Inside Sales Reps are also required to perform admin duties from time to time.. These position responsibilities ensure that every team member is able to utilize their special talents and abilities, within our organization.
